This policy explains how PT. Megah Bersama Logistik uses customer data in the invoice and tax invoice download feature.

1. Data Processed

The website may process customer NPWP, BL/Order number, customer name, invoice documents, tax invoice documents, IP address, and download activity records for document verification purposes.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Data is used to validate customer access, provide administrative documents, maintain system security, and support the company’s internal audit process.

3. Document Security

Documents are stored on a server storage area that is not directly accessible to the public. Customers can only download documents after the NPWP and BL/Order number combination matches the database.

4. Admin Access

Admin access is restricted by login and role. Important activities such as upload, delete, login, search, and download may be recorded in the audit log.

5. Document Retention

Documents may have a download expiry date. The company may deactivate documents that are no longer valid, revised, or canceled.
